Hubei Library

Hubei library was founded in 1904, was founded by Zhang Zhidong, is the first established provincial public library. Old hall is located in the south of Wuchang Snake Mountain, the embassy building area of nearly 3 million square meters, the collection of a total of more than 400 million copies (pieces), the Beinecke rare book and manuscript 45 million volumes, nearly 50 subjects (field) literature reached or close to the level of the research level.
